Association Bringing together the Pile Saint-Elisabeth and Assia Djebar social centres in Roubaix, HERE is a creator of social links. This is why the ICIÉLÀ association has asked the Foundation to finance a a three-wheeled vehicle to meet older people of Roubaix to evaluate their digital needs.
