The On Seniors' Side Foundation accompanies Oldyssey on its 2019 world tour of initiatives to promote the well-being of seniors. 3,000 euros were paid out to help them with the logistics of the trip: audiovisual training, purchase of audio-visual equipment, transport, financing of the association, etc.
Oldyssey is made up of two motivated and passionate young women: Flore Desal, a graduate of ESSEC and specialized in innovation and social entrepreneurship, and Camille Tochon, a graduate of Grenoble Ecole Management with a specialization in events and communication. They travel the world with the aim of meeting seniors, discovering their lifestyles and the initiatives that help them age well.
Flore and Camille plan to stay about a month in each country. They began their journey in October 2019 with South Korea, followed by Singapore and New Zealand. In March 2020, they will fly to Zimbabwe, then Argentina, Costa Rica and finally Northern Europe with Denmark and Norway.

This trip has four objectives:
- Changing the way we look at seniors, far from clichés, by highlighting inspiring life paths where seniors are active and in control of their decisions.
- Raising Awareness on Aging Around the World
- To showcase the best initiatives through the creation of audio-visual and editorial content, created and shared as they travel.
- Stimulate the move to action by encouraging the replication of the best initiatives in France
"We want to show that retirement is not synonymous with loss of meaning, isolation and loneliness, but that there are many ways in which older people can get involved and contribute to the creation of social cohesion in our societies.
