What project/association are you sponsoring and why did you want to sponsor them?
I am the sponsor of the Silver Line, a free and confidential hotline for seniors. Damart has been supporting The Silver Line for over 4 years with product donations and fantastic fundraising events. We wanted to continue to support the brilliant work they do with a new donation from the On Seniors' Side Foundation.
What motivated you to become a sponsor of this project?
I'm really passionate about being able to support the older generation. The work of the Silver Line is vital in the fight against loneliness among seniors and it's an issue that really resonates with our client base.
Do you have an update on how the money helped/impacted the senior?
The donation went to the 24-hour hotline, covering the cost of labour. These operators are able to answer more than 1,000 calls from the elderly.
