Association: La Cravate Solidaire
La Cravate Solidaire Lille entend lutter contre l’augmentation croissante de demandeurs d’emploi seniors, de fait en accompagnant 80 demandeurs d’emploi de plus de 55 ans dans leur recherche d’emploi lors des “Ateliers Coup de Pouce”. Ces derniers sont constitués de 4 étapes :
- Reception in order to understand the expectations, to detect the few obstacles that can be put
in the way of the job search and to put the beneficiary in confidence. - Image coaching session with selection of a suitable outfit
- Simulation of an interview and coaching in the construction of a speech to give the
recruiter confidence. - Creation of a professional CV photo and a more entertaining photo to help the
candidate boost his CV and keep a pleasant memory of his time at La Cravate
Solidaire.
