Fondation Partage et Vie fights against dependency due to age, illness or disability. It works for the autonomy of frail people in their institutions and at home.
The supported project: MediMoov
The main purpose of the project is the implementation of an individual accompaniment of the residents and the promotion of non-medicinal therapeutic approaches. It concerns the improvement of the conditions of accompaniment as well as the well-being of the residents thanks to the installation of an interactive terminal "MediMoov" in. A real playful device, this tool is a vector of intergenerational social link between the residents and their relatives and allows to stimulate the residents in an adapted context favourable to the maintenance of their physical and cognitive capacities. It also allows for a successful situation that can improve the self-esteem and quality of life of residents. The foundation participated in the acquisition of this equipment for the Nouvel Horizon residence in Douai.
